Installed as the primary check-in and check-out system for guests the three kiosks at the hotel form part of a mission-critical system managing the most strategic aspect of the business



The first major installation of kiosks integrated with the Hotsoft 8 Property Management System from Hoist in the UK North region, it is a beacon for self-service delivering excellent usage! In the first 6-months since going live in September 2019, the kiosks have speedily and efficiently processed over 10,000 guests and averaging 60 check-ins each day.
